ONEcard is a digital business card configured to function seamlessly with the Hypernotes and InMap features embedded in the 2CLIXZ mobile App. It has been designed to help overcome typical resistance points encountered at the user level in terms of capturing contacts and context. Other relevant information can be electronically captured using dictation and/or typed note-taking. This valuable information, associated with individual users and the assets they are responsible for, is then electronically transmitted to either the HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics corporate CRM.
This activity provides immense value to the implementor of ONEcard and Asset Management because it establishes a database of assets and their associated users along with the user's context and environment. It also establishes a direct 2-way communication channel between the user and the supplier/service provider. It is this user-to-asset association and direct communication channel that combine to transform the B2B procurement experience. It is also the primary activity that allows the implementor to more fully monetize the potential of the assets and the associated users.
For the individual ONEcard account holder, the contacts and activities are automatically synced with Office365 Outlook or Google Calendar/Contacts.
This activity also serves as the building block for establishing budgets at the asset and user level, thereby providing real value to the client in terms of managing spending regardless of the physical location of the asset or the user associated with it. For the reseller of supplies and services, the sales opportunity is quantified to the asset and the user level, providing greater opportunities for managing ongoing sales versus expectations while more fully developing the ales potential on opportunities that may have otherwise been missed.
